Three Rivers Community Schools prepares for innovative new year

Three Rivers Community School District is sharing its enthusiasm and commitment to providing the best possible educational experience for every student.

District Superintendent Nikki Nash said in a Wednesday letter to families that the new school year will focus on innovative classroom technologies and providing students with the tools they need to be successful in an ever-changing world.

“Our partnership with parents and guardians is essential to achieving our highest potential,” Nash wrote. “We encourage you to stay engaged through regular communication with teachers and administrative staff by attending parent-teacher conferences, participating in school events, and reviewing any communication shared by teaching and/or administrative staff via email or sent home.”

The district’s strategic plan focuses on guiding students to be effective communicators, self-directed learners, critical thinkers, socially responsible citizens, and having a growth mindset.

“I am truly honored to serve as your superintendent and look forward to the collective achievements we will accomplish in the days and months ahead,” Nash wrote. “I can’t wait to see the remarkable growth and success that await us. Here’s to a fantastic 2024-2025 school year.”

Three Rivers Community Schools will hold back to school open houses from 4-5:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 14. The new school year begins Monday, August 19.
