Sturgis Public Schools supporters have just little over a week to make nominations for a prestigious honor.

The 2024 John E. Oster Memorial Award for Excellence in Teaching continues a tradition of recognizing outstanding teachers. It’s for educators who go above and beyond in their dedication to students and make a significant impact locally.

The nomination form is available here. Nominations will be accepted until Friday, September 6.

“Let’s celebrate and honor the incredible teachers who shape our future,” the Sturgis Area Community Foundation stated.
