Glen Oaks VP Cloutier honored for career and technical education dedication

Glen Oaks Community College Vice President of Academics Dr. Adam Cloutier is the MI ACTE 2024 Postsecondary Professional of the Year. Jim Berry, director of Career & Technical Education for St. Joseph County ISD, announced it Thursday to Glen Oaks staff.
The Michigan Association for Career and Technical Education (MI ACTE) bestows this award upon individuals who demonstrate exceptional dedication to Career and Technical Education (CTE), contribute innovative ideas, and champion student success. Cloutier’s leadership in these areas has significantly impacted Glen Oaks and the broader CTE community, according to Glen Oaks Community College President Dr. Bryan Newton.

Cloutier will be formally recognized during the Michigan Career Education Conference on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This event will celebrate CTE professionals statewide for their outstanding achievements and leadership.
