Kalamazoo Nature Center to host 60th annual Maple Sugar Festival

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kalamazoo Nature Center’s main campus (7000 N. Westnedge Ave., Kalamazoo).

The Kalamazoo Nature Center (KNC) is gearing up for its 60th annual Maple Sugar Festival this Saturday, offering a day packed with family-friendly activities, interactive exhibits, and sweet treats.

The festival will feature a pancake breakfast, horse- and tractor-drawn wagon rides, children’s activities, a maple sugaring experiment, live animal presentations, a magic show, and a storybook trail. As KNC’s largest fundraiser of the year, the event supports educational programs and conservation efforts.

Saturday’s event will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Kalamazoo Nature Center’s main campus (7000 N. Westnedge Ave., Kalamazoo). Tickets and more information can be found on their website
