Cass County to host public interview, meet-and-greet for administrator candidate
The events will take place in the Commissioners Chambers on the courthouse’s third floor at 120 N. Broadway in Cassopolis Thursday.

Cass County residents will have the opportunity to meet the lone remaining finalist for county administrator during a public session Thursday, May 15, at the Cass County Historic Courthouse.
Patrick Jordan will participate in a public meet-and-greet beginning at 2:30 p.m., followed by a second-round interview with the Cass County Board of Commissioners at 3:30 p.m. The events will take place in the Commissioners Chambers on the courthouse’s third floor at 120 N. Broadway in Cassopolis.
The board had initially advanced two candidates — Jordan and Michael Belsky — to the final round of consideration during a May 1 meeting. However, Belsky has since withdrawn from the process to pursue another opportunity.
The public portion of the day will begin at 2:15 p.m., when the Board of Commissioners convenes its meeting. Residents can attend in person or watch the live stream at youtube.com/@casscountymichigangov.
Community members may submit questions for the meet-and-greet either in person or in advance through an online form at forms.office.com/g/TCJVzFZBtG.
All sessions are open to the public.
