Storage unit break-in under investigation in Lockport Township

Deputies from the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department are actively investigating a breaking and entering of a Lockport Township storage unit that likely occurred sometime in the last two weeks.

Deputies from the St. Joseph County Sheriff’s Department are actively investigating a breaking and entering of a Lockport Township storage unit that likely occurred sometime in the last two weeks.

The aforementioned storage unit is located in the 17000 block of M60 in Lockport Township, and the break-in likely occurred between September 9 and September 22. The suspect(s) forced their way into the unit, stealing tools, fishing equipment, appliances and clothing.
