The Cass County Sheriff’s Office says two people were injured in a two-car crash on White Temple Road south of Dutch Settlement Wednesday.

Officials say 55-year-old Harvey Lee Terry of Lawton was traveling northbound when he crossed the centerline and hit a southbound vehicle driven by 27-year-old Gage Alexander Eby of Elkhart.

Terry was trapped in his truck and first responders were called to extricate him. He was taken to Bronson Hospital in Kalamazoo with what were described as non-life-threatening injuries. Eby was treated for his injuries at the scene. The crash appears to be speed-related, and alcohol and drugs do not appear to have been factors.
