Stanko joins Watershed Voice

Watershed Voice welcomes new staff writer Frank Stanko to the community. Stanko, formerly of Wahpeton, North Dakota and a native of Grand Rapids, worked for the Wahpeton Daily News and Richland County News Monitor since September 2015.

Frank Stanko, formerly of Wahpeton, North Dakota, has joined the Watershed Voice. Stanko began as a staff writer today, Monday, June 17.

A 2011 graduate of the University of Dayton, Ohio, Stanko is originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan. A communications major and sociology minor, he worked for the Wahpeton Daily News and Richland County News Monitor, Wahpeton, North Dakota, since September 2015.

Stanko, 35, enjoys Broadway musicals, calling his family every Sunday, and getting to know new people. He dreams of seeing a show in all 41 Broadway theaters, and has 15 more to go.

When not working, Stanko likes reading, improving his cooking, and laughing.
