The St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. today, Tuesday, in the Commission Room of the Historic Courthouse, 125 W. Main St., Centreville.​​​

The agenda includes two closed sessions at the conclusion of the regular meeting. One concerns a legal opinion, namely a settlement strategy. A closed session is being held because “discussion in open session will be detrimental to the financial effect of the litigation on the agency.” The second closed session concerns discussion of purchasing property.​
