Local meeting primer: St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners

The St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners will meet at 5 p.m. today, Tuesday, in the Commission Room of the Historic Courthouse, 125 W. Main St., Centreville.

Key agenda items for the meeting include year-end budget amendments and a budget resolution to approve the 2025 & 2026 General Appropriations Act.

Additionally, the board has scheduled a closed session to discuss strategy and negotiations related to collective bargaining agreements. The county’s employment attorney requested this session.
