For those looking to put their gaming skills to the test, Geek Fest will host a Super Smash Bros. tournament, allowing players to compete against one another in the popular crossover platform Nintendo fighting game.

One of this year’s featured guests is Roger Clark, the actor best known for portraying Arthur Morgan, the main protagonist of Rockstar Games’ critically acclaimed 2018 video game Red Dead Redemption 2.

Clark, who was born in New Jersey, raised in Ireland, and trained in the United Kingdom, has worked in theater, voice acting, and performance capture throughout his career. His portrayal of Morgan earned him the award for Best Performance at The Game Awards in 2018.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Clark during the event, with each guest eligible for one free selfie and one free signature.

However, signatures on Rockstar Games-licensed merchandise including game cases, discs, and accessories, will cost $50 per item. Payments for those signatures must be made by credit or debit card at the time of the request. The charge goes to Rockstar as a condition of the contract, Geek Fest wrote on their Facebook.

Beyond the opportunity to meet Clark, Geek Fest will bring together people with interests ranging from tabletop gaming and video games to arts, crafts, and technology.

The event will take place at the Kalamazoo County Expo Center on Saturday, October 10, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
