The Three Rivers Promise is bringing back its popular fish fry fundraiser to help raise money for local scholarships supporting high school graduates.

The all-you-can-eat dinner event will be held Friday, August 15, from 4 to 7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church, 320 N. Main St. in Three Rivers. This year’s menu includes Dan’s fish, chicken tenders, baked beans, coleslaw, dinner rolls, dessert, lemonade, and water.

Tickets are available in advance at the Riviera Theatre and Lowry’s Book Store. Prices are $13 for adults and $7 for children ages 6 to 12, with a $1 increase for tickets purchased at the door. Kids 5 and under eat free. Take-out and preorder options will also be available starting August 6 by calling 269-816-8710.

Last year’s fish fry brought in more than $10,000 for the scholarship fund. Organizers are hoping to double that amount this year as they approach the $1 million milestone in total funds raised.

The Three Rivers Promise is a community-funded initiative that offers college and vocational scholarships to Three Rivers High School graduates, with the goal of improving educational access and strengthening the local economy.
