Hyperscale Data Inc. recently finalized an expansion that nearly doubles its campus size on 415 E. Prairie Ronde Road and has not made clear its plans for that new land. The company has not spoken to the media or public regarding the data center, its operations, or its plans for the future aside from press releases on their website.

Meanwhile, law firm Liddle Sheets has filed a class-action lawsuit against the company alleging that the noise from its operations has reduced the nearby property values of residents within a mile of the data center. Liddle Sheets partners Laura Sheets and Steven Liddle recently came to Dowagiac to tour the area surrounding the data center and host an informational Q&A with residents about the lawsuit. Sheets also said she plans to be at Monday’s City Council meeting.
