It’s Election Day, Michigan! Get to the polls!

The country will be watching Michigan closely as the senate race between Abdul El-Sayed and Mike Rogers has garnered significant national attention. That being said, make sure you know who you’re voting for up and down the ballot, not just the hot topics.

Happy Election Day to Michiganders and voters across the country!

Voters can cast a ballot from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. across the state. As long as you are in line before closing time, you have the right to cast your vote.

Watershed Voice published a full election guide last week, which features outlines of local elections, candidate questionnaires, and information about important ballot proposals. For information specific to your ballot, check Michigan’s voter information page for a sample ballot so you know who you’re voting for.

Watershed Voice will provide election results and additional coverage throughout the week as information becomes available.
